What Data does CashWise use from Xero?

 CashWise monitors the status of bills in Xero. Bills that are set to “paid” will trigger a Cash Flow Item to be created for reserving cash. If the payment record is removed or deleted in Xero, the Reserve Cash will also be removed in CashWise. You can read more about Cash Flow Types here.


This automation gives you the peace of mind that on the day the payment is due, your designated account will have enough funds to do the payout.


Note: You can manually change cash flow type from Reserve Cash to Payout to automate the payment once you have reviewed the Cash Flow Item. More Info here.
