How do I Manually update My Balance in CashWise for Deposit-Only Accounts?

To Note:

Before updating your balance in any “Deposit-Only” Account, ensure that the Cashwise Assistant Chrome Extension is downloaded already, if not download it here


Using the CashWise Assistant will enable CashWise to pull data from your DBS, OCBC and UOB Accounts when you are logged into both CashWise and bank accounts at the same time. Data collection only occurs if you approve it during your bank login session. It’s recommended that you update your Bank Account info using the CashWise Assistant at least once a week to ensure we have accurate information to work from.


How to Manually Update Balance in CashWise for Deposit-Only Accounts


Step 1: Log into Your Bank Account in your Browser


Step 2: Click on the CashWise Chrome Extension:





Step 3: Press Update Balance an wait (up to 3 minutes):





While Updating:





Step 4: Check back in CashWise for Updated Graph
