Appendix A: CashWise List of Third-Party Service Providers
This Appendix A ("Appendix A") is a part of the Data Access and API Usage Agreement ("Agreement") between CashWise Pte. Ltd., a Singapore registered corporation ("CashWise"), and the company ("Company"). This Appendix provides a list of third-party licensed financial institutions and third-party application providers (collectively "Third Parties") with whom Company may share or access data through the Application or Third-Party APIs as referenced in Section 3 of the Agreement.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of Third Parties integrated with the Application:
- Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”) operates as a CMS Licensee and Exempt Financial Adviser in Singapore. Company acknowledges that by using services provided by Syfe, Company is subject to Syfe Terms of Use which are available here.
- Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Airwallex”) operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore. Company acknowledges that by using services provided by Airwallex, Company is subject to Airwallex Terms of Use which are available here.
- Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. ("Wise") operates as a CMS Licensee and a Major Payment Institution in Singapore. Company acknowledges that by using services provided by Wise, Company is subject to Wise Terms of Use which are available here.
- Xero (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("Xero") operates an online accounting software which connects small business owners with their numbers, their bank, and advisors anytime. Company acknowledges that by using services provided by Xero, Company is subject to Xero Terms of Use which are available here.
CashWise may update this list of Third Parties as needed to reflect the current integrations and services available through the Application. Company is encouraged to review this list periodically to stay informed about the Third Parties involved in data sharing or access.
By using the Application and accepting this Agreement, Company acknowledges and agrees to the use of data shared with or accessed through these Third Parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
