How to provide proof of ownership for a Bank Account?

On certain occasions financial institutions require proof of account ownership. To expedite these inquiries and prevent any delays in fund transfers you can upload a bank statement to prove your ownership in advance. 

These account proofs are only required for Deposit-Only accounts ( i.e DBS, OCBC)


Here is how to provide your proof of  account ownership:


  1. Go to Account Settings and Integrations



  1. Click the Deposit-Only account that you wish to provide proofs for

  2. Click the “Choose File” button and select the file to upload, once done press update
