How to Invite CashWise Customer Support?

 For your security and privacy, only admins have the ability to invite customer support on CashWise. The CashWise Support Team cannot access your account information without your explicit invitation. 

Once invited, the support representative can view your account to assist with troubleshooting and, if needed, act on your behalf with your approval. To ensure your data security, this access is temporary and automatically expires one hour after the invitation is sent.

You can either invite Customer Support by:

That’s it! Your support session is ready, and the CashWise team can assist you promptly. The support user's access will automatically expire after one hour, ensuring your information remains secure.
