Location:  Singapore CBD and on-site with customers in Singapore

About Us

CashWise is a venture-backed fintech based in Singapore.  Our mission is to make it better, safer and easier for businesses to manage their cash.  The CashWise Robo-Treasury automates cash, liquidity and treasury management and delivers maximum return on cash while reducing the transactional workload of finance teams by up to 85%.  

About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support various aspects of our growing fintech SaaS startup. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across multiple business functions, including business development, operations, and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
    • Assisting with lead generation and outreach to potential clients
    • Participating in the development of sales proposals and presentations
  • Documentation
    • Creating and maintaining internal process documentation
    • Drafting user guides and FAQs for our SaaS platform
    • Updating and organizing company records and files
  • Operations
    • Supporting day-to-day operational tasks and workflows
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Testing
    • Executing test plans and scripts for our SaaS platform
    • Reporting and documenting bugs and issues
    • Verifying fixes and enhancements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Notion, GitHub)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
  • Passion for technology and fintech innovation
