b. Customer Notifications: You may also opt-in to receive SMS notifications about updates, alerts and other relevant information as per your subscription and preferences.
c. Security: Keep your OTP confidential and do not share it with anyone. It is for your use only. CashWise will never ask you for your OTP. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your OTP, please contact our support@cashwise.asia immediately.
4. Message and Data Rates
a. Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service provider's charges when sending or receiving SMS messages. CashWise is not responsible for any message or data charges incurred.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
a. Undelivered or Delayed Messages: You acknowledge and understand that carriers, including but not limited to mobile network operators, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the carrier's network and their policies.
6. Message Frequency
a. Notification Frequency: You will receive SMS notifications from us based on your preferences and subscriptions. The frequency of these messages will vary depending on the type of notifications you have chosen to receive. You can manage your subscription preferences at any time to control the frequency of notifications.
7. Stop and Help Workflow
a. Stopping Notifications: You may stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to the sender of the SMS. You will not receive further notifications after sending this message, except for essential service messages.
b. Help and Support: If you require assistance or have questions related to our SMS services, please reply with the word "HELP" to the sender of the SMS. You will receive information on how to seek support or assistance.
