4. Message and Data Rates
Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service provider's charges when sending or receiving SMS messages. CashWise is not responsible for any message or data charges incurred.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
Undelivered or Delayed Messages: You acknowledge and understand that neither CashWise nor carriers, including but not limited to mobile network operators, are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the carrier's network and their policies.
6. Message Frequency
Notification Frequency: You will receive SMS notifications from us based on your preference settings. The frequency of these messages will vary depending on your login activity. You can manage your subscription preferences at any time.
7. Stop and Help Workflow
a. Stopping Notifications: You may stop receiving SMS OTP messages at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to the sender of the SMS. You will not receive further SMS OTP verification messages after sending this message.
b. Help and Support: If you require assistance or have questions related to our SMS services, please reply with the word "HELP" to the sender of the SMS. You will receive information on how to seek support or assistance.
